Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Metal Fabricator/Welder with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a consistent attendance record, and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Fabricate and assemble metal components to specifications Perform MIG/Flux core welding as required Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, press, and manual plasma Ensure all parts meet quality standards and specifications Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintain a clean and organized work area Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in metal fabrication and welding Strong welding skills (GMAW/FCAW) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measurements accurately Solid understanding of fabrication processes and shop equipment Proven reliability with strong attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs regularly Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and dust
Preferred Qualifications:
Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent) Experience in a custom fabrication environment
Compensation & Benefits:
