This is not a routine service route or install position. This role is focused on diagnosing and resolving complex elevator issues across multiple systems . Why Join Us? Competitive pay (based on experience) Opportunities for advancement Work on complex, high-performance systems Supportive and safety-focused team environment Offerring relocation assistance for locations that offer better life-style while keeping more of the money you earn What You'll Be Doing Troubleshoot and resolve complex elevator issues (traction & hydraulic) Diagnose intermittent faults and recurring callbacks Work across a variety of controllers and systems Support field mechanics with advanced problem-solving Handle critical breakdowns and restore equipment safely and efficiently What We're Looking For Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience in the elevator industry Background in service, repair, or modernization with diagnostic responsibility Ability to work independently and think through problems step-by-step Experience with multiple systems (OEM and/or non-proprietary) Comfortable being the "go-to" person for difficult issues Qualifications CET certification through National Association of Elevator Contractors or equivalent NEIEP experience Experience with OEM systems such as Otis Elevator Company, KONE, or TK Elevator 5+ years of progressive elevator field experience with proven trouble shooting skills Benefits include: Competitive salary, Employer sponsored 401k with company match Plan o ptions for health, dental, and vision insurance Optional ancillary benefits, life, sickness, accident and more "Even if you're not actively looking, we're always open to connecting with experienced troubleshooters
