Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Elevator Service-Troubleshooter West Virginia (Regional Role) Join a strong, growing company that values experienced field professionals We're looking for an experienced Elevator Troubleshooter —the kind of mechanic who gets called when no one else can figure it out. This is not a routine service route or install position. This role is focused on diagnosing and resolving complex elevator issues across multiple systems . Why Join Us? Competitive pay (based on experience) Opportunities for advancement Work on complex, high-performance systems Supportive and safety-focused team environment Offerring relocation assistance for locations that offer better life-style while keeping more of the money you earn What You'll Be Doing Troubleshoot and resolve complex elevator issues (traction & hydraulic) Diagnose intermittent faults and recurring callbacks Work across a variety of controllers and systems Support field mechanics with advanced problem-solving Handle critical breakdowns and restore equipment safely and efficiently What We're Looking For Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience in the elevator industry Background in service, repair, or modernization with diagnostic responsibility Ability to work independently and think through problems step-by-step Experience with multiple systems (OEM and/or non-proprietary) Comfortable being the "go-to" person for difficult issues Qualifications CET certification through National Association of Elevator Contractors or equivalent NEIEP experience Experience with OEM systems such as Otis Elevator Company, KONE, or TK Elevator 5+ years of progressive elevator field experience with proven trouble shooting skills Benefits include: Competitive salary, Employer sponsored 401k with company match Plan o ptions for health, dental, and vision insurance Optional ancillary benefits, life, sickness, accident and more "Even if you're not actively looking, we're always open to connecting with experienced troubleshooters
