Structural Fitter

Need a structural fitter. The position will require minimal to no welding but will require familiarity with drawings, metal, and assembly. You will be looking at blueprints and guiding pieces into place. We are a small family ran business that opened in 2004. We started with around 12-14 employees and have grown since then to 50+. We try to be fair to our employees and give opportunities for advancement when possible. We've had many employees who've worked here till they retired. There is no travel so you'll be home in the evenings with your family. The position will be for building between 20-40' container units involving power supply. We've have the welding in house but need additional fitting to support it. This job will involve looking at different pieces. Aligning, leveling, and measuring. Each box is a mix of 100s of different angle, plate, tubing, and bent metal. No travel required Shop environment Ongoing work- customer willing to become long term client
