24/hr Overview Insight Global is seeking an entry-level Field Technician I to support an industry-leading environmental consulting and contracting firm. This role provides hands-on training and exposure to environmental gas control systems, including operation, monitoring, and maintenance (OM&M). This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in environmental services. Required Qualifications 2-3 years of field service experience (construction, oil & gas, solar, or related industries) High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Basic computer skills (Smartphones, tablets,

Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to meet physical job requirements and pass a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) OSHA 40-Hour

certification (preferred or willingness to obtain - training provided) Key Responsibilities Support operation, monitoring, and maintenance (OM&M) of environmental control systems Assist senior team members with daily Crew Activity Plans (CAP) and field execution Perform basic maintenance and repairs on system components under supervision Collect and document field data through daily logs and field notes Utilize and maintain field instruments for environmental data measurement (training provided) Participate in data review with supervisors to understand system performance Assist with operational adjustments to system components based on data findings Support removal and maintenance of landfill liquid pumps alongside team members What to Expect Hands-on training with experienced field technicians and supervisors Exposure to environmental compliance and safety standards Opportunity for long-term growth into advanced technician roles
