Job Description

Position Summary WaterBridge is hiring a Reliability Technician, Asset Management & Reliability to be the primary "hands-on" link between the Company's physical assets, Operations, Reliability Engineering and our Maintenance & Asset Management Systems. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Core responsibilities include Field Data Collection, Equipment Inspections, PM Schedule Management, System / Data Integrity, Work Order Life Cycle Management, Site Commissioning, System / Process Training and overall Stakeholder Support.
Essential Functions:
Field data collection Routine & Ad Hoc equipment audits QR code management New site commissioning Install of tracking devices as required PM Schedule Creation Liaise with stakeholder groups for PM schedule support System / Data Integrity Maintain asset register / hierarchy accuracy and liveliness In service / out of service asset status Equipment specifications Parent - Child relationships SCADA linking Work Order Life Cycle Management Own 'Closeout' process for supported Basin's work orders Own 'Down Equipment' updates as dictated by daily reporting Site Commissioning Collaborate with Construction & Engineering on new sites, ensuring equipment is tagged and available in all applicable systems prior to 'Go-Live' Training Be primary contact for business and system process rollouts and training Stakeholder Support Support stakeholders in all capacities to achieve Asset Management & Reliability effectiveness Call in to weekly meetings Field visits Monthly /
Quarterly Reviews Qualifications and Experience:
High school diploma/GED. Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred. Must be highly proficient and comfortable using a computer for 8+ hours daily. Strong communication skills. Must be comfortable visiting Oil & Gas operating sites. Data Entry experience CMMS Software experience is a major plus. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus. Valid driver's license
Working Conditions/Environment:
Operates in both a professional and/or business casual environment.
Position Type:
This is a full-time position. Expected schedule of Monday through Friday 8AM CST to 5PM CST. Eligible for overtime as required.
