Job Description

Desert Glow Landscaping is part of a growing, exciting, award-winning landscape and swimming pool construction company (Vox Landscaping & Pool Construction). We seek a dynamic and motivated Landscape and/or Swimming Pool Sales Professional to join our vibrant team. Our company provides customers with exceptionally high-quality landscape and swimming pool construction services in the greater Phoenix metro area.
What This Position Offers:
Compensation structured where $125k+ per year in income is realistic and should be attained. There is no cap on compensation. Skills/Qualifications:
Proven outside sales experience in either landscaping, swimming pool, or general-contractor home construction is a requirement of this position. Personal Qualities our Company needs from our
Sales Professional:
Demonstrated success in tailoring solutions around client needs, budget, and construction process expectations that inspires homeowners to envision their ideal outdoor spaces. Create then present tailored proposals that highlight the benefits of our landscape services and/or swimming pool solutions. Take the lead at site visits to assess project scope while offering professional advice that successfully represent the benefits, and value, that a high-quality contractor with operational stability brings to the construction process. Experience with, and comfortable managing, high-end clients and high-dollar sales cycles. Consistent, high close rate. Comfortable creating referral relationships, and cold calling. Skills our Company Requires from our
Sales Professional:
Ability to read and present CAD plans, 3D images, project estimates, and descriptions of work with confidence and ease. Exceptionally strong PC skills, including all common business PC applications such as MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Proficiently with Pool Studio (VizTerra®) is a plus. Generate a document with notes from the initial client meeting for submission into the company's designer. Maintain open communications with your support team including the Project Coordinator, Site Foreman, and Financial Manager to achieve excellence in service delivery and customer experience. Monitor projects via onsite visits, in support of the Project Coordinator, as needed through completion. Generate and present the customer's project completion final documents packet including the final bill, an irrigation map, irrigation setting letter, plant list, collect the final project payment, and obtain sign-off on project completion.
For Pool Sales only:
Established relationships with all necessary pool construction sub-contractors. The candidate needs to be organized, timely, and have focus. Excellent motivation, self-starter, and self-discipline skills. Negotiation skills. Plays well with others. Must be personable and have a positive mental attitude. Ability to generate landscape or swimming pool designs is a plus. This is a fulltime position; Applicant will work a minimum of 40 hours a week, with some weekend time for client appointments and tradeshow participation. Additional compensation will be awarded to candidates who have current, active relationships with general contractors/builders, or who brings an robust, active, set of prospective clients and sales leads to our company. It is necessary to have a clean driving record, good credit, a working presentable car or truck, and the ability to pass a drug test. Candidates will need to dress professionally to represent the company appropriately with our higher-end clients.
