Architectural & Landscape Modifications Specialist Do you have a passion for community design, architecture, and creating beautiful places people are proud to call home? We're looking for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of design, customer experience, and community impact . In this role, you'll help guide residential improvements-from concept to completion-ensuring every project enhances the overall character and quality of a thoughtfully planned community. What You'll Do Partner with homeowners, architects, and builders on property improvements Review architectural & landscape plans for alignment with design standards Conduct site visits and support projects through completion Serve as a trusted resource throughout the review process Help maintain a cohesive, high-quality community environment Why This Role Stands Out Directly shape the look, feel, and long-term value of a premier community Build strong relationships with residents and design professionals Enjoy a blend of office collaboration and field work Make a visible, lasting impact every day What We're Looking For Experience in architecture, landscape design, construction, or community management Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to interpret plans and manage multiple projects A passion for quality, design, and customer service If you're ready to make an impact in a dynamic, design-focused environment, we'd love to connect.
