Responsibilities Meet with homeowners and create landscaping project proposals Sell landscaping services including pavers, patios, outdoor living spaces, retaining walls, artificial turf, concrete, and complete yard transformations Follow up on company-provided leads Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting and networking Build strong customer relationships and help clients bring their outdoor vision to life Skills Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, horticulture practices, hardscape installation, irrigation systems, and sustainable design strategies. Experience in construction estimating, project management, land surveying methods, and civil engineering fundamentals to ensure accurate planning and execution. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly through drafting, CAD drawings, GIS mapping tools or visual presentations. Excellent interpersonal skills for client consultations and team collaboration within multidisciplinary project environments.
