The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the California landscape and a commitment to environmental stewardship. We are looking for an individual who is technically proficient, artistically driven, and capable of managing complex projects from initial concept through construction. You should be a collaborative partner who can work across disciplines to create integrated design solutions that resonate with our clients and their unique sites. Key Responsibilities Direct the creative and technical growth of the landscape design department. Lead the design and documentation of luxury residential landscapes that emphasize wellness and longevity. Collaborate with architectural and interior design teams to ensure a unified project vision. Oversee the selection of sustainable materials and planting palettes that respect the local context. Manage client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the design process. Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Qualifications A professional degree in Landscape Architecture. Current licensure as a Landscape Architect in the state of California. Extensive experience in the luxury residential sector with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality execution. Proficiency in advanced design technology and 3D modeling workflows.
