VIZTERRA MODELING SPECIALIST

(PART-TIME / ON-CALL) A Greener Tomorrow Landscaping Inc. Culver City, CA A Greener Tomorrow Landscaping Inc., a well-established landscape design and construction company serving Los Angeles for over 30 years, is seeking an experienced VizTerra Modeling Specialist to assist our design team with creating accurate existing-property models. This is NOT a landscape design position. We are specifically looking for an individual who is highly proficient in VizTerra by Structure Studios and can efficiently build existing property conditions from photos, videos, Google Earth, satellite imagery, site measurements, and other available resources. Responsibilities Build complete existing-condition property models in VizTerra Recreate homes, driveways, patios, pools, retaining walls, fences, outdoor structures, and major site features Utilize Google Earth, satellite imagery, street views, property records, photographs, videos, and field measurements to accurately model properties Create clean, organized VizTerra files ready for our landscape designer to begin the design process Maintain consistency and accuracy across multiple residential and commercial projects Assist with occasional updates and revisions to existing models Requirements Strong working knowledge of VizTerra Experience building residential property models from existing conditions Ability to accurately interpret photos, videos, and aerial imagery Strong attention to detail Efficient workflow and ability to meet deadlines Reliable and professional communication Preferred Qualifications Experience with Structure Studios products Experience with Pool Studio Background in landscape architecture, drafting, construction, architecture, or landscape design Understanding of grading, hardscape, and residential construction elements Compensation Paid per completed property model Compensation based on project size and complexity Ongoing work available for the right candidate Flexible schedule Work Environment This position requires work to be performed in our Culver City office using company software and equipment. VizTerra is installed on our workstations and is not cloud-based.

Pay:

$25.01 - $45.00 per hour
