This is not an entry-level position — we're looking for someone who understands the work and can produce results. ⸻ What We Offer

• Base salary + up to 10% commission per project

• Estimating hardscape work:
• Concrete
• Pavers
• Grading
• Excavation
• Retaining walls
• Landscape & irrigation
• Performing accurate quantity takeoffs (SF, LF, CY, etc.)
• Reviewing plans and scopes of work
• Supporting the team in bidding and securing projects ⸻ What We're Looking For

• Ability to read plans and understand field conditions
• Strong attention to detail and numbers
