LANDSCAPE DESIGNER/SALES JRM
Landscape & Design is a family-owned landscape design and construction firm specializing in creating exceptional outdoor spaces across the Denver Metro area. Since 1983, we've built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, innovative design, and personalized service. We're seeking a creative and motivated Landscape Designer / Sales Consultant to join our growing team and help bring our clients' outdoor visions to life.
Position Summary:
The Landscape Designer / Sales Consultant is responsible for meeting with clients, developing custom landscape designs, and managing the sales process from initial consultation through project handoff. This role combines artistic creativity with practical construction knowledge and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate has a passion for outdoor living spaces and the ability to turn ideas into well-executed plans that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client consultations to assess site conditions, gather design goals, and understand budgets. Create innovative landscape designs, plans, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Dynascape, or similar). Develop accurate estimates, proposals, and presentations for clients. Manage the sales pipeline—from lead generation and client follow-up to signed contracts. Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure design intent and project quality. Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the design and construction process. Identify upsell and enhancement opportunities during and after installation. Stay current on plant materials, products, construction techniques, and design trends. Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times. Manage and execute sales and profit goals set out by the company. Represent the company at all relevant home shows, trade shows, and industry events, ensuring active participation and engagement to support business development and brand visibility Follow sales process Project management as needed
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
