Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Landscape Designer for a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a well-established construction and landscape construction organization in the Loveland and Fort Collins, CO area. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented design professional with 5 or more years of experience who enjoys developing attractive, functional outdoor spaces and supporting projects from concept through construction. The Landscape Designer will work on a variety of residential and commercial landscape projects, collaborating closely with clients, project managers, estimators, and field teams. - Create landscape designs, concept plans, construction documents, and client presentation materials.
- Meet with clients to understand project goals, budgets, site conditions, and timelines.
- Develop planting plans, hardscape layouts, irrigation concepts, grading considerations, and outdoor living space designs.
- Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and construction teams to support accurate project execution.
- Conduct site visits, take field measurements, review existing conditions, and support design implementation.
- Assist with material selections, project specifications, quality reviews, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Compensation and Benefits
