Job Description
Job Overview Good Tides Construction is a turn key exterior design and construction company that completes all facets of exterior design. That being said, we are looking for a candidate that has a strong skillset in landscape/hardscape designs and installation. The ideal candidate will have experience in various landscape/hardscape tasks, including paver installation. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Having experience in hardscape and landscape installs is a requirement. Responsibilities Work with a team of exterior tradesmen to complete high quality designs in a timely manor. Execute design plans with precision. Think and preform critically in order to correct design changes on the fly. Ensure all installations meet safety standards and project specifications. Assist in turnkey installation of landscaping including but not limited to: plant/soil removal and installation, low voltage landscape lighting install, irrigation, hardscape/turf install. Qualifications Proven experience in Landscaping in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of hardscape techniques and materials. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor consistently throughout the workday. Familiarity with the construction industry practices is preferred. Experience in or willingness to learn low voltage wiring, landscape/irrigation installation. Reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Able to provide basic carpentry tools. Experience running heavy machinery is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
