The required daily site presence may fluctuate depending on the project stage, but is mandatory, particularly during the initial phases. Key responsibilities include overseeing all contractor activities on-site throughout the various project stages and ensuring adherence to quality standards and the project schedule. This position provides management and support activities for the Capital Projects Team. The role requires a multi-skilled individual with in-depth knowledge in residential and commercial construction, infrastructure, and advanced technology. Key Responsibilities Project support and company office location: Miami Florida (Coconut Grove area) Daily on-site support, managing construction quality, scheduling and cost. Provide top-to-bottom level project management support for capital projects construction, and improvements. Project Types Residential or commercial new construction and renovations. Advanced environmental HVAC control systems. Infrastructure projects including roads, power, water, and waste management (on and off-grid sustainable systems). Landscape design, civil engineering, erosion control, and ecological restoration. High-end home automation and Information Technology systems (IT). Facilities-related upgrade/ modification projects. Strategic Management Work closely with Principals to understand needs and goals to develop project plans, designs, and scopes. Establish and manage teams of contractors (Architectural, Interior, Landscape, Engineering, and Technical specialists). Provide direct design input, CAD drawings, and renderings to develop design concepts. Develop project budgets and cost proposals; manage approvals via Greenlight cost control app. Implement efficient and environmentally friendly project solutions. Develop and manage project schedules from design to completion. Update Principal and CEO on status via PBA, "The Source," and face-to-face communications. Maintain project documentation history within "The Source." Research emerging technologies for future asset purchase or integration. Required Knowledge and Skills Highly organized with exceptional communication skills. Broad knowledge of construction, HVAC, and MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing). Knowledge of planning, building, and environmental codes; experience with government agencies for permit approvals. Expertise in construction design and management techniques. Civil and infrastructure design, including landscape, irrigation, and erosion control. Proficiency in audio, video, computer networks, and entertainment systems.
Knowledge of sustainable systems:
PV solar, thermal solar, battery, and generator systems. Experience with RO water making, rainwater cistern systems, and waste control systems. . The pay range for this role is: 150,000 - 165,000 USD per year(Miami, FL)
