Landscape Project Manager/ Designer 134 Silver Ave SW, Rome, GA 30161 From $50,000 a year - Full-time From $50,000 a year - Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Landscape Project Manager/Designer to lead and manage landscape projects from concept to completion. This role combines creative design with strong project management skills to deliver sustainable, exceptional outdoor environments. You will communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to develop detailed plans, oversee construction processes, and ensure project goals are met on time and within budget. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive landscape designs using AutoCAD. Prepare detailed construction documents, including hardscape layouts, planting plans, irrigation systems, pools, and grading details. Manage all phases of project execution from initial client consultation through design development, permitting, construction oversight, and project closeout. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process. Conduct site visits to verify work progress and compliance with design specifications. Prepare accurate construction estimates and budgets. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape management. Must have a strong understanding of landscape practices and techniques. Experience in AutoCAD is necessary. Hands-on construction experience including site preparation, grading, hardscape installation, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance is needed. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are necessary to manage teams and interact with clients. Must have the ability to address challenges that arise during the project and find solutions
