Job Description

Landscape Architect / Project Manager At Studio 2112 Landscape Architecture, we believe meaningful design begins with thoughtful people. Based in the heart of Jamaica Plain, our award-winning, mid-sized studio is known for creating innovative landscapes that strengthen communities and enrich everyday life. From transformative university campuses and civic spaces to complex urban environments and high-end residential projects, our work spans scales and sectors — always grounded in strong design, technical excellence, and collaboration. We are seeking a licensed Landscape Architect / Project Manager with 4+ years of experience leading institutional and public-sector projects who is excited to grow within a dynamic and supportive team. This is an opportunity to contribute to impactful work, mentor others, and help shape places that matter. At Studio 2112, we value creativity, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit just as much as technical expertise. We work hard, support one another, and prioritize balance — a culture that sets us apart within the Boston design community. What You'll Bring A positive, collaborative mindset and strong communication skills Experience managing projects, schedules, and consultant coordination Confidence leading teams and delegating work effectively Deep knowledge of complex construction document packages (3+ years preferred) Construction administration experience across institutional, private, or development projects Strong technical drawing, detailing, and specification-writing abilities The ability to move fluidly between project scales and typologies A thoughtful, innovative approach to problem solving and design Why Join Us You'll be part of a studio that values design excellence, mentorship, and professional growth while recognizing the importance of life outside the office. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience, along with the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects.
