Job Description

Position Overview A growing design focused firm is seeking a Mid Level Landscape Architect to support the development of high quality site and landscape projects. This individual will work closely with senior staff to carry design concepts into detailed plans, assist with client coordination, and contribute creative ideas to the project team. The role offers opportunities for increasing responsibility, professional growth, and involvement in a wide range of design challenges.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of site plans, grading plans, planting plans, and technical detailsContribute to conceptual and schematic design through diagrams, renderings, and iterative studiesCoordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to support integrated project deliveryProduce clear and accurate construction documents and graphicsParticipate in site analysis, research, and project presentationsSupport team members during construction administration by reviewing submittals and responding to field queriesQualificationsProfessional degree in Landscape ArchitectureApproximately 3 to 6 years of experience in a design officeStrong graphic and technical skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling programsUnderstanding of planting design, materials, grading, and construction documentationDetail oriented, collaborative, and proactive in problem solvingInterest in professional licensure
