- 8+ years of experience to join our talented team in Laurel, Maryland .
What You'll Do:
Lead and contribute to a wide range of land development projects Prepare layouts, grading plans, and design landscapes for a variety of sites Create compelling visual presentations using a variety of design tools Collaborate across disciplines with planners, civil engineers, and architects Requirements Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture 5-8 years of hands-on experience in site planning and landscape design Strong graphic presentation skills (a big plus!) Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; experience with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and PowerPoint is highly valued Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior experience with private sector land development projects preferred Benefits We believe in taking care of our team—professionally, personally, and everything in between.
