Job Description
Job Title Mid-Level Landscape Architect Job Roles and Responsibilities Assist in preparing land planning and engineering documents including feasibility studies, site plans, landscape plans, and grading plans Perform site evaluations, research existing conditions, and support report preparation and cost estimation Apply knowledge of zoning regulations, codes, and design standards Prepare presentation materials and assist with proposals and RFP responses Participate in client meetings, design discussions, and agency coordination Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure project quality and accuracy Support internal knowledge sharing and team development initiatives Represent the organization at professional events and meetings when required Conduct fieldwork including site inspections and environmental surveys Qualifications and Certifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture Licensed Landscape Architect or actively pursuing licensure 4-7 years of relevant professional experience in site or civil design projects Familiarity with permitting, entitlement, and regulatory processes Benefits Retirement savings plan Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off #INDPRO
