Sales

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to generate new business, build client relationships, and sell landscaping services to residential and commercial customers. This role combines customer service, sales strategy, and basic landscaping, Hardscaping and Irrigation knowledge to deliver tailored outdoor solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach Meet with clients to assess landscaping needs and provide recommendations Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts Collaborate with installation team to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell additional services Track leads, sales activity, and customer interactions in LMN system Stay informed about landscaping trends, materials, and seasonal services Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience (landscaping, hardscaping and Irrigation) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of landscaping services, plants, and outdoor design Ability to read property layouts and understand project scope Self-motivated with strong organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
