Landscape Sales & Project Assistant Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Office & Field (Hybrid) Landscape Sales Assistant Greenview Team Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscape Sales Assistant to support our sales, design, and landscape maintenance teams during the active season. This is a seasonal position that typically runs from March/April through November . This role involves meeting with customers, preparing proposals for landscape maintenance and landscape enhancements, assisting with landscape designs, and visiting job sites to help ensure quality standards and proper landscape practices are being followed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office work, fieldwork, customer interaction, and working independently at times. Key Responsibilities Meet with customers to review landscape maintenance and enhancement needs Prepare landscape maintenance and landscape enhancement proposals Support sales by assisting with landscape designs for customer presentations Learn and use landscape design software as needed Perform site evaluations, including measurements and photo documentation Assist with material takeoffs and estimating Visit active job sites to help ensure proper landscape practices and company standards are being met Run errands for materials, supplies, documents, and job-related needs Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and suppliers for pricing and materials Organize and maintain customer and job documentation Communicate professionally with customers regarding details and follow-up items Work independently at times while staying organized and accountable Required Qualifications Landscape industry experience preferred Training is available for the right candidate Experience with landscape design software preferred, but not required Strong math skills with the ability to assist in estimating and material takeoffs Clear and professional communication skills with customers Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks Valid driver's license required Ability to work independently at times Schedule Seasonal position, typically March/April through November Flexible schedule Monday through Friday Very little to no weekend work Approximately 35-42 hours per week during the active season Benefits Training available Opportunities for professional development Company vehicle for work-related use Flexible schedule Formal education is not required. Experience, reliability, skill, and motivation are valued over a degree.
