Landscape Designer

Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to understand project goals, preferences, budget expectations, and site needs Develop conceptual, schematic, and final landscape designs for a variety of project types Prepare design plans, presentations, and related project documents Conduct site visits, gather measurements, and evaluate existing conditions Select and recommend plant materials, hardscape features, and other design elements appropriate to each project Collaborate with internal teams to support estimating, planning, and project handoff Revise designs based on client feedback, project scope, and site conditions Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the design process Provide support with bidding or estimating when needed Maintain organized project files and accurate design documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field preferred 2+ years of landscape design experience preferred Experience with residential, commercial, or public landscape projects is a plus Proficiency with design, drafting, and presentation software preferred Strong communication and client relationship skills Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines Knowledge of plant materials, site planning, and general landscape construction practices preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Benefits package available Opportunity to work on a variety of landscape projects Collaborative team environment Opportunity for professional growth and development Location Requirements Candidates should be able to commute to the office regularly or be open to relocation.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
