This is a role for a professional who understands proportion, restraint, materiality, and horticultural nuance — and who can translate architectural intent into landscapes that feel permanent, composed, and site-specific. This is not an entry-level drafting position. This is a career-building opportunity within a firm committed to refined residential work. Candidates must reside in the Charleston, Beaufort, or Bluffton market. The role is a work from home position (remote), with regular on-site presence required. Our Work Headquartered in Lake Lure, North Carolina, we specialize in high-end residential estates and custom outdoor environments. Our projects integrate architecture, planting, grading, and construction into cohesive outdoor living spaces designed for longevity. As we establish our Lowcountry presence, we are looking for a Landscape Architect capable of representing the firm at a high level — with clients, architects, builders, and
Architectural Responsibilities:
Lead site analysis and concept development for luxury residential projects Produce refined presentation materials, both hand-drawn and digital Develop sophisticated planting plans grounded in coastal ecology Prepare full construction documentation and permitting sets Coordinate directly with Architectural Review Boards and municipalities Collaborate with builders and oversee construction to protect design intent Contribute to budgeting and scope development
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Land FX, Sketchup, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suites (PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) required. Knowledge and experience with permitting along the coast of South Carolins. Knowledge of grading, drainage, plant material and planting design (Zone 5,6,7,8). Excellent written, verbal and graphic communication skills. Creative design skills for complex project solutions. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Organized and ability to manage multiple tasks. Self-motivated to produce high quality work in a timely manner. Ability to work in a team environment. Attention to detail, strong work ethic and time management skills required

Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience.
