Job Description

Overview Addison Group is seeking a skilled and client-oriented Project Manager/Project Landscape Architect to join our team in a primarily remote capacity. This role is based in the Nashville, Tennessee area, with occasional in-person client site visits and team gatherings at a shared location. Serving as a vital right-hand to our current project flow, this position focuses on technical execution and operational support — ensuring our residential projects are delivered with precision, creativity, and care. The ideal candidate is an experienced design professional with outstanding interpersonal skills, a passion for residential landscape architecture, and deep familiarity with the local Nashville region.
Compensation:
Compensation is dependent on experience, qualifications, licensure, and overall fit. Key Responsibilities Design and manage primarily residential landscape architecture projects, from concept to completion Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to develop and refine design solutions Prepare and review site and grading plans with technical accuracy Produce accurate, professional-quality design documents, drawings, and project deliverables Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordinate with internal team members Communicate effectively with clients throughout all phases of the project Occasionally support commercial and mixed-use projects as needed Required Qualifications Minimum of 5-7 years of professional landscape architecture experience Proficiency in AutoCAD (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (required) Demonstrated experience with site and grading plans Strong knowledge of local Nashville/Middle Tennessee plant material and regional landscape conditions Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; must be highly personable and client-facing Must reside locally in the Nashville, Tennessee area with the ability to easily drive in for site visits and office collaboration Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively as part of a team Preferred Qualifications RLA/PLA professional licensure (preferred, not required) Experience with SketchUp Experience with Bluebeam Background in residential design; commercial and/or mixed-use experience a plus Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Short-term disability Long-term disability Flexible, work-from-home environment How to Apply Please submit your application directly through Indeed.
