Responsibilities Lead small crew & ensure luxury-level finish quality Execute planting, drainage, irrigation, edging, lighting, and hardscapes Manage materials, tools, and jobsite logistics Track progress & coordinate with owner Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed Requirements 3+ years landscaping & installation experience Ability to run a crew independently Keen attention to detail Must work efficiently & maintain premium standards Valid driver's license Preferred Skills Masonry or carpentry experience Fine gardening & plant knowledge Experience serving high-end residential clients
