This permanent, direct-hire position offers the chance to play a key role in expanding a design department, working closely with leadership to shape high-end residential outdoor environments through cutting-edge digital design and 3D modeling. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Architect/Designer position include: Proficiency in AutoCAD (required)

• Produce construction documents for permitting and field use Strong experience in SketchUp (required)
• Develop detailed 3D models for design presentations Preferred experience with Vectorworks
• Assist in advanced drafting and modeling workflows Experience with rendering software such as Lumion, TwinMotion, or similar
• Create high-quality visual presentations Minimum 2+ years of design/drafting experience
• Support project development from concept to completion Ability to produce architectural details for residential construction
• Prepare accurate, build-ready plans Strong design sensibility and passion for modeling
• Collaborate closely with leadership to uphold design standards Leadership potential and long-term growth mindset
• Help expand and eventually lead the design department

Salary:

$70,000

• $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
