As we continue to grow, we are expanding our presence in Central Texas and are seeking a Senior Project Manager who is excited to help establish and grow our footprint along the I-35 corridor. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping our presence in the region—building client relationships, leading impactful projects, and contributing to the long-term success of our Central Texas studio. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of landscape architecture projects from concept through construction, ensuring alignment with client goals, site conditions, and regulatory requirements. Provide creative direction and oversight for site planning, grading, planting design, and outdoor space programming. Apply technical expertise to create landscape designs that address client needs, respond thoughtfully to site-specific conditions, meet permitting requirements, and result in buildable, maintainable solutions. Manage project teams, delegate tasks, and mentor junior staff in both design and technical development. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to integrate site and building design seamlessly. Oversee preparation of drawings, specifications, and construction documentation, ensuring technical accuracy and quality control. Serve as the primary client contact for landscape scope, presenting design concepts and managing feedback. Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and design investigations to inform project strategy. Ensure compliance with zoning codes, environmental regulations, and sustainability standards. Review project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to maintain project profitability and timelines. Lead or contribute to proposals, interviews, and business development efforts. Qualifications Professional degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program; licensure preferred. 15+ years of professional experience managing complex projects across all phases Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships at a high level. Proven experience in financial management, project scheduling, and contract administration. Proficiency in Revit and related design and project management tools preferred.
