Landscape Designer

Landscape Designer / Sales Agave LD, LLC Job Summary Agave LD, LLC is looking for a Landscape Designer / Sales professional to join our growing residential design team. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys client interaction , field work , and bringing landscape concepts to life , while also being rewarded for projects they help sell. You will manage a set of residential accounts, handle assigned design leads, perform site visits, and propose landscape designs and upgrades when requested. This is not a desk-only role — you'll be out in the field, meeting clients, reviewing properties, and collaborating with our internal teams to deliver high-quality landscape projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage assigned residential landscape accounts Conduct site visits to review quality, scope, and client needs Identify landscape upsell opportunities during site visits Create and present landscape design proposals when requested Handle new residential landscape design leads assigned to you Follow up on proposals and work toward closing projects Coordinate with internal production and operations teams Maintain strong, professional client relationships Represent Agave LD in a professional and positive manner Compensation Base Salary +

Commission:
