WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
We provide you with qualified leads — you don't cold-call or generate your own business. Your job is to meet with homeowners and property owners, design their outdoor/landscape lighting system, close the sale, and oversee the installation. We supply the licensed installation crew. You focus on design, sales, and client relationships.ABOUT MAJESTIC LIGHT DESIGN
We are a Houston-based outdoor and landscape lighting company specializing in high-end residential and commercial LED lighting systems, including pathway lighting, uplighting, facade lighting, pool and water feature lighting, and holiday/seasonal lighting. Visit us at www.MajesticLightDesign.com.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners and property owners in the Houston area
- Conduct on-site lighting consultations and design custom outdoor/landscape lighting plans
- Present proposals and close sales for landscape lighting, outdoor lighting, and architectural lighting projects
- Manage client communication from design through installation completion
- Coordinate with our installation crew to ensure projects are delivered to spec
- Build referral relationships with clients for repeat and word-of-mouth business
COMPENSATION
- Commission-based — no cap on earnings
- Estimated annual earnings: $50,000
- $120,000+ depending on your performance
- Leads are provided — no cold calling required
- Flexible schedule — you control your calendar
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE:
Proven experience in landscape lighting, outdoor lighting, or architectural lighting sales or design- Experience with exterior lighting design, low-voltage lighting systems, or LED landscape lighting
- Strong sales ability — comfortable presenting proposals and closing deals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Houston-area travel required)
- Familiarity with landscape design, hardscape, or outdoor living industry is a strong plus
- Experience with lighting design software or layout tools is a plus (not required)
