Company Overview Texas Outdoor Oasis is a premier pool, outdoor living, and landscaping company dedicated to creating beautiful, functional, and enduring outdoor spaces. We specialize in high-quality residential projects and pride ourselves on exceptional design, craftsmanship, and customer experience. Position Overview We are seeking a talented Residential Landscape Designer to join our growing team. This role works closely with homeowners and other design/sales team to design customized outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate combines creativity, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to bring clients' outdoor visions to life from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities Meet with residential clients to understand design goals, budgets, and site conditions Create detailed landscape designs, layouts, and presentation materials Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements Stay current with industry trends, materials, and best practices Work with existing vendors to select and purchase quality materials Seek out new vendor relationships as required to keep a flow of top quality plants and hard goods Coordinate with crews and oversee the installation of landscape projects that you design Qualifications Proven experience in residential landscape design Strong knowledge of plants suitable for Texas climates Proficiency in landscape design software (e.g., Structure Studios, AutoCAD, or similar programs) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Degree or certification in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field is a plus Knowledge of drainage, irrigation and landscape lighting a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity to work on high-quality residential projects Supportive, team-oriented work environment Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and portfolio to: Casey Laughlin at info@texasoutdooroasis.com Join Texas Outdoor Oasis and help transform outdoor spaces into extraordinary living environments.
