Monday-Friday / Occasional Saturdays Job Description We are seeking experienced and reliable Grapple Truck Operators to join our growing construction debris removal team. This role supports new home construction sites by safely and efficiently loading, hauling, and disposing of construction debris. The ideal candidate takes pride in equipment operation, job site safety, and dependable work. Responsibilities Operate grapple truck to collect and haul construction debris from residential new-build sites. Safely load materials such as lumber, scrap wood, drywall, and general construction waste. Transport debris to approved disposal or recycling facilities. Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance. Maintain accurate logs and tickets as required. Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations. Communicate professionally. Keep truck clean and in good working condition. Requirements Valid CDL (Class B or A) with clean driving record. Experience operating grapple trucks preferred. Knowledge of construction site safety practices. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift, push, and pull as required. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety. Must pass background check and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in construction debris removal or waste hauling Hydraulic or heavy equipment operation experience Familiarity with residential construction environments Benefits Competitive pay based on experience.
