EXPERIENCED
Motor Grader Operator to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a Caterpillar grader with UTS machine control to finish subgrade, dump & spread base material, and finish base on highway, airport and parking lot projects throughout Central Florida. You will be required to supervise a small crew consisting of a loader operator and roller operator/laborer. Blade Contracting, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer . PRECISION GRADING
- Operate motor grader with precision to grade surfaces according to project specifications using UTS machine control. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment. Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate tasks, including base material delivery. Read and interpret construction plans to execute work accurately. Maintain safety standards by adhering to all safety protocols and conducting hazard assessments regularly. Document daily activities, including work completed and any issues encountered during shifts. Qualifications Proven experience operating motor grader.
MUST HAVE FINISH GRADE EXPERIENCE.
Valid driver's license. Demonstrated ability to work safely on construction sites while maintaining high productivity levels.
Pay:
$1,800.00 - $2,100.00 per week
