(Department of Transportation) regulations Performing background checks Equipment maintenance Full Job Description Class A CDL Operator — Grapple Truck Buckley's Best Tree Care — Northern Indiana Position Overview We are hiring a Class A CDL Operator who will primarily operate our Grapple Truck and work alongside the crew in the field. This is not a "sit in the truck" position. This is a heavy field role with driving responsibility. What This Role Requires Valid Class A CDL Clean driving record DOT compliance mindset Pride in maintaining equipment Willingness to work in the field alongside the team We are not looking for someone who hides in the cab, kills time, or avoids physical work. Our Standard We do not hire based on licenses alone. We hire based on ownership. Reckless operation ends employment here. If you show up consistently, protect the equipment, and elevate the crew — we will invest in you. Minimum Requirements Class A CDL Clean driving record Drug-free Background check Minimum 1-year commitment Who This Is For Drivers who treat equipment like it's their own Team players who finish the job with the crew Professionals who value structure and accountability If you argue pay before performance or struggle with authority, this will not be a fit.
