Job Description

Quanex is looking for Lumber Grader
  • Day Shift to join our team located in St. Cloud , Minnesota . In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and grading lumber in accordance with NHLA sales codes. The hours for this position are Monday
  • Friday, 6:00am
  • 2:30pm.

What Success Looks Like:
Monitors product continuously to ensure quality standards are met Grades lumber manually by inspecting each board and documenting quality and quantity Inspect boards and accurately enters results into a computer Completes grading reports through computers and analyzed differences between company grading results and supplier invoices
What You Bring:
High School or equivalent education required 9+ months lumber grading experience within a manufacturing environment, preferred Must have knowledge of hardwood lumber grades Bringing a positive attitude and team-oriented mentality The pay range for this position is: $22.00-27.00 per hour, based on experience.
