Duties Review and reconcile credit card statements with submitted receipts to ensure all expenses are accurately recorded and supported. Perform detailed data entry of expense information into accounting software such as QuickBooks. Verify transactions against company policies and compliance standards. Collaborate with accounts payable teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing of expense reimbursements. Maintain organized records of all matched transactions, supporting documentation, and audit trails for internal and external reviews. Assist in month-end closing activities by reconciling general ledger accounts related to credit card expenses. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies within expense matching workflows. Requirements Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks. Familiarity with accounts payable processes, payroll management systems, and benefits administration is preferred. High proficiency in data entry with a focus on 10 key typing accuracy and speed.
