In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load, unload, and move materials efficiently across construction sites. Your expertise will help ensure project timelines are met safely and effectively. Duties Operate loaders and excavators with precision and safety awareness Load and unload materials onto semis, dump trucks or other transport vehicles Conduct routine inspections of equipment before and after use to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are maintained Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment Coordinate with team members to execute tasks efficiently. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance needs, and operational logs Experience .Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as loaders, excavators. Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and productivity Join us in building the future!
