Job Responsibilities
Crane operation
Crane scales
Scrape / vacuum molds
Apply mold release
Load & level molds
Detailed understanding of Manufacturing Order (MO), including Bill of Material components & operational steps; along with text instructions.
Responsible to follow established standard operating & quality procedures.
Utilize Fork Truck to move & stage materials, understands pallet load restrictions.
Understands Press schedule & maintains production according to the schedule.
Performs sheet quality inspections / measurements & documents, as necessary, to ensure first quality with accuracy.
Operate Press Saw, as required.
Perform housekeeping / TPEM / 5S, as required.
Perform Movex transactions, as required.
Operate whirlwind & high-speed mixers; as trained.
Inform Lead Operator, Supervisor, and / or Maintenance of issues immediately.

Associate Requirements
HS Diploma or GED
Background Check
Drug Test
Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.38 - $19.38 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
