This position involves operating heavy equipment, handling lumber, and keeping equipment in good working order. The right candidate will be comfortable working outdoors, around machinery, and as part of a small crew that depends on each other to get the job done safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a grapple skidder to move felled trees to designated areas Use a chainsaw to trim and prepare trees as needed Sort and stack lumber coming off the sawmill line Operate a forklift to move and organize stacked lumber Drive a service truck to and from job sites Inspect, maintain, and perform basic upkeep on equipment in use Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications:

Experience in logging, sawmill operations, or similar work strongly preferred Ability to safely operate heavy equipment (skidder, forklift, chainsaw) Strong work ethic and willingness to work in outdoor conditions Dependable and able to work as part of a team Valid driver's license required

Compensation:
