Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking dynamic and versatile professionals to join our team as a Tree Climber, CDL Driver, and Mechanic. These roles combine the physical demands of tree care and climbing with the technical expertise of operating commercial vehicles and maintaining equipment. Responsibilities include performing safe and efficient tree trimming, pruning, and removal tasks, while also managing vehicle operations and mechanical repairs. Your skills in rigging, bucket operation, and landscape maintenance will ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental stewardship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, contributing to healthy landscapes and community beautification. Duties Safely climb trees using ropes, harnesses, and climbing gear to perform pruning, trimming, or removal operations while adhering to safety protocols. Operate bucket trucks and other aerial lift equipment for elevated tree work or landscape tasks. Utilize rigging techniques to secure limbs or debris for safe removal or disposal. Drive commercial vehicles with a CDL (Commercial Driver's License) to transport personnel, tools, and materials between job sites. Conduct routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on trucks, equipment, and tools to ensure optimal performance. Assist with landscape maintenance activities such as lawn care, planting, mulching, and general landscaping duties. Maintain detailed records of work performed, rigging setups, vehicle inspections, and safety checks. Experience Must meet 2 out of the 4 criteria; 5 years experience. Proven experience in tree care including tree trimming, pruning, or removal with climbing expertise. Valid CDL class B or better license with a clean driving record. Mechanical skills related to vehicle maintenance and repair; familiarity with basic troubleshooting is essential. Knowledge of rigging techniques used in arboriculture or landscape projects. Background in landscape maintenance, horticulture or related fields demonstrating growing expertise in plant health and landscape aesthetics. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to working at heights, operating heavy machinery, and handling tools safely. Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
