Negotiable Based on Experience and Equipment Position Overview Northwest Busheling is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator Subcontractor for a temporary logging project in Forks, Washington. We are looking for a skilled, safety-focused operator with experience operating a log loader in a production logging environment. Requirements Minimum 3 years of log loader operating experience Ability to provide subcontractor documentation as required Valid business license and applicable insurance Reliable transportation Ability to work 40+ hours per week Strong safety record and professional work habits Responsibilities Operate a log loader safely and efficiently Maintain production goals while adhering to safety standards Coordinate with truck drivers and project personnel Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working as an independent contractor in logging operations Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience on active timber harvest and log sort projects To Apply Please submit a summary of your experience, business information, availability, and any relevant certifications or qualifications.
