Job Description
Start out with basic skills. Sanding, masking windows, staining, clean up and work as a helper during rot repair. If eager and a good worker, will train how to do walnut media blasting, chinking and finally rot repair on log homes. Machines used during the process include man lifts, air compressors, sanders, grinders and chain saws. No education or skills required. Must be agile, strong and in good shape and able to travel with no issues. Must get along with others. No fear of heights a must. Vacation time and sick pay. Will consider hiring guys on parole or with a alcohol recovery past. No violent crimes. You MUST be in a good place emotionally and have a good reference from p.o. or AA sponsor. I believe in giving guys a chance to get them out of the prison and jail system.
