Down To Earth Tree Service, LLC is hiring experienced Tree Climbers and Ground Technicians to join our rapidly growing team. We specialize in crane-assisted tree removal and run two cranes in-house, so experience around crane work is highly preferred. Due to the nature of our work, a CDL is strongly preferred and will be compensated accordingly. This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for skilled professionals who can step in and perform with minimal training.

Responsibilities:

Perform tree removals and pruning safely and efficiently Assist with and execute crane-assisted removals Operate and work around equipment (grapple trucks, lifts, bucket trucks) Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Requirements:

Proven experience in tree work (climbing or ground) Strong understanding of rigging, cutting, and safety practices Ability to work in physically demanding conditions CDL and crane experience preferred

Pay:

Competitive and negotiable based on experience
