About Us McArthur River - McArthur River, located in northern Saskatchewan, is the world's largest high-grade uranium mine. Position and Responsibilities Operation of heavy equipment in underground development and production areas, including manual and remote mucking. Assist in the installation and removal of reamers, moving raise bore drills and construction equipment required for backfilling of raises and stopes. Daily operator care rounds. Education and Qualifications Requirements of the position: minimum grade 12 education or equivalent; three to five years of heavy equipment operation and knowledge; successful completion of underground training modules; good reading, writing and communication skills are essential; ability to work in an underground environment; excellent safety and attendance record; and rotating day shift/night shift schedule
