Metal Buyer/Recycler Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $13.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Tuesday through Saturday from 07:15am to 04:15pm) Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment and interact with customers/public. Follow all safety requirements, including wearing PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, safety vest, and steel-toe boots). Perform general labor tasks, including lifting materials up to 50 lbs as needed. Assist with sorting, moving, and organizing materials. Operate a sit-down forklift (training provided if needed). Train to operate heavy equipment, including an industrial grapple crane, after gaining experience.
Metal Buyer/Recycler Qualifications:
Must have own steel-toe boots. Ability to perform general labor and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, etc...). Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow safety protocols. Ability to interact professionally with the public. Forklift (sit-down) experience preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and be trained on heavy equipment.
