Oil Change Service Technician

Overview We are seeking Full-time Oil Change Service Technicians to become team members with us. 1 year old business/building with full lit basement & pit catwalks. Uniform shirts are provided. Responsibilities Perform basic and full-service oil changes with multi-point inspections on Vehicles, including Class A, Class B, Class C Motorhomes and large Diesel Trucks, topping off essential fluids, installing engine air & cabin filters, changing windshield wiper blades, light bulbs, putting air in the tires, and topping off DEF, Provide exceptional service on customer vehicles and communicating effectively with management, regarding any issues that may arise. Work as a team member to ensure efficient workflow in the shop. Adhere to safety protocols working with various automotive tools, oils and chemicals. At times, exerting 10-25 lbs of force frequently and/or greater than 10 lbs of force constantly to move objects. Requires working at a fast but accurate pace. Requirements Experience is preferred as an Automotive Oil Technician or Mechanic, BUT

WILL TRAIN

right individual. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to carry out oil changes and maintenance tasks. Understand decimals (very important when dispensing oils & other liquids) and able to read a tape measure. Ability to perform vehicle tasks efficiently, including oil changes. Getting the vehicle done correctly & complete is more important than getting high car counts for the day. Must speak, read & write English. Have reliable transportation & be on time daily. A valid driver's license, clean background. Additional certifications in automotive service are a plus. Must be at least 18 years old. Willing to work in different types of weather.
