We need someone who REALLY wants to work & help us build a business that is important to and contributes to this community. Bring your superior technical and customer service skills to our family owned, local Costa Oil. Experience is preferred but not required. We will teach the right, enthusiastic person, if you can use tools and know your way around a car. P osition is for up to 32-40 hours (variable) Friday, Saturday availability is necessary

Customer service driven Great attitude High-energy & friendly Willing to learn and ask questions- No one knows it all If everything is someone else's fault, we can't use you Our Oil Change Technicians are the face of the company and we need them to be motivated, detail oriented, and strive for excellent, enthusiastic customer service every single time. As an Oil Change Tech you will be responsible for changing oil & filters on customers vehicles while maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Changing oil & filters while following set procedures Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area Inspects engines for leaks Tops off fluid Diagnose issues on vehicles and recommends repair to customers Ensures all equipment is in working order Completes all required computer-based training in the allotted timeframe Comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to hazardous materials Understand federal, state and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc. Holding the highest level of customer service and maintaining a positive response to customers at all times Contribute to a positive culture and work environment Minimum Requirements Experience in a fast past environment, without getting frazzled Customer service background preferred Ability to learn & use a point of sale system is required Must be accountable, flexible, coachable and a team player

Working Environment:

The store has spaces that are only accessible by stairwells. The tech must be able to do the following: lift a minimum of 25 lbs over your head Use stairs multiple times per day Use tools effectively Work in hot and cold weather Uniforms are required (Shirts are provided)

Pay:

$14.50-16.00 per hour depending on experience level Experience level: No experience needed, but f amiliarity with cars is necessary, must be able to use tools

Schedule:

Day shifts ( Shop hours are 9-6 M-F and 9-3 on Saturdays) likely 32-40 hours Fridays, Saturdays availability are necessary
