Full Job Description Boiler Service Technician Locations:
Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, & Kentucky Join a growing service team supporting commercial and industrial customers with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high-performance boiler systems. If you enjoy solving complex mechanical and electrical issues, working independently, and delivering outstanding customer service, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career with a respected industry leader. What You'll Do Perform start-ups, preventative maintenance, testing, and repairs on steam and hot water boiler systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, combustion, and control system issues on natural gas, fuel oil, and light oil-fired boilers. Conduct combustion analysis and adjust fuel-to-air ratios for maximum efficiency and performance. Read electrical schematics, technical manuals, and CAD drawings to support installation and repairs. Complete service reports, work orders, and safety documentation accurately. Identify opportunities for system upgrades and replacement parts. Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service and occasional travel while maintaining the highest safety standards. What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience as a boiler technician, combustion technician, maintenance technician, equipment mechanic, or similar role. Knowledge of gas and oil combustion systems, boiler controls, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to work independently with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with linkage-less control systems (AutoFlame, Siemens, Fireye) is a plus.
