You will help customers make safe, informed, and confident decisions while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Maintain communication with dispatch, management, delivery drivers, installation teams, and office staff Perform propane system inspections, leak checks, pressure tests, regulator replacements, gas line repairs, appliance hook-ups, and tank-related service work Diagnose and repair propane system issues safely and efficiently Follow all company, state, federal, NFPA 54, NFPA 58, and industry safety standards Properly complete service tickets, inspection forms, leak check documentation, and required paperwork Keep your company truck clean, organized, and properly stocked Maintain truck inventory and necessary service parts Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service Maintain a clean, professional appearance Safely operate company vehicles and maintain a clean driving record Participate in training, safety meetings, and certification programs Build strong relationships with customers through professionalism and communication Desired Skills & Experience Experience in propane, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical service, gas piping, or a related field preferred Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work safely and independently Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as required Strong customer service and communication skills CDL, hazmat endorsement, CETP certifications, or related licenses are a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and grow within the company What Success Looks Like Customers trust your work and request you by name Service work is completed safely, thoroughly, and professionally Paperwork and inspections are completed accurately You take pride in your truck, tools, and appearance You become a dependable part of the team that others can count on
