Customer Service Oil Change Technician

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills: Clearly and concisely explaining information, actively listening to customers.

Sales Abilities:

Analyzing customer's needs, helping to qualify what services we can offer them.

Customer Service:

Demonstrating empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist customers.

Adaptability:

Handling diverse customer interaction and adjusting communication as needed to interact with others.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with point-of-sale system and basic maintenance on a vehicle. Good attendance is a must! We are closed on Sunday. We provide uniforms. Store Hours are M-F 8:00am-5:00pm Sat 8:00am-2:00pm
